You will learn about the Foundation principles of Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Anatomy, Samkhya Philosophy, Six tastes, Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Ayurvedic Nutrition, Diet Planning, A little about Ayurvedic Herbs, their preparation, uses, dosages and how they corelate to dinacharya (daily routine), lifestyle and Diet. Hence, principles of Ayurvedic Dietitics and Nutrition will also be studied.
