Pre Requisite: Foundation course in Ayurveda from our or any other Institute recognized by NAMA. Or, those working in an Ayurvedic Center as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.or, Nurse practitioner Or Massage Therapist with Ayurveda background or Health Practitioner with Ayurveda Background.

Learn about the Cleansing Detoxification Therapies of Ayurveda and observe Abhyanga, Sweat Therapies, Purgative Herbs, Vamana, Nasya, Shirodhara. You will also learn how to cook Ayurvedic Detox Recipes. There will be a demonstration by Chef Tim, with Kapha, Pitta and Vata recipes during Panchakarma treatment.

Podikizhi (Bolus Bag treatment)
Udvartana

Nasya
